is this diet plan okay to follow for the next month, which is the next time im seeing my army boyfriend?

i also exercise at the gym and soccer at least 4 times a week…willi see results? i normally over eat and pig out lol…i wana look good for my boyfriend next time i see him in a month

If he’s been deployed in a war zone he’s going to be happy to see a soft warm female and he probably won’t care too much what you look like.

But for what it’s worth you’re not eating enough calories and you’re not getting enough protein. It’s going to be difficult to keep your metabolic rate high with so few calories. Also lose the granola bars, they are basically candy dressed up as something healthy.
