One Week Diet Plan

Any one week diet plans?
I am going to Vegas in exactly one week and want to be looking as good as possible. I lift four days a week and run three if i can, im 5’10 170 pounds, i was just wondering if anyone had any nutrition tips for this coming up week so i can get rid of any extra Body Fat.
Peanut Butter Sandwiches were extremely effective for burning off my extra body fat. I would eat around 5 Sandwiches a day (Approx. 1500+ cals worth) and I would exercise an hour and a half 5 days a week. I added various Fruits to my diet: Apples, Bananas, Strawberries, Oranges, and so on. I also had three glasses of 1% milk throughout the day too. When it comes to Veggies I would have tomatoes, celery, and lettuce here and there.
Yeah, this sounds like a silly Diet. However, I was 17 years old at the time I decided to lose weight so I had to come up with an (inexpensive) Diet plan because I didnt have a lot of money. Let me tell you, it sure worked though. I was 315lbs when I started my Diet and now I am down to the 170s.
Im going to list the specific bread and peanut butter I used:
- Naturally More: You can find this Peanut Butter at Wal-Mart for around $2.77 a jar. This stuff contains flax seed and Omega 3 and 6.
– Natures Pride: This is the bread I used. You can find it in Wal-Mart or just about anywhere for around $2.50 a loaf. I used 100% Whole Wheat to be specific. However, all Natures Pride bread is actually not bad for you.
Anywho, I just thought I would throw this out there. Good luck finding the Diet you like.
